Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Discovery Sets and the Tower Diffuser follow the same 30-day window.

Opened Fragrance Oils

For hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrance oils can't be returned. If a scent isn't the right fit, we recommend starting with a 15ml Discovery Set mini before committing to a full 120ml bottle.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we cover it 100%. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return

• Email Support@SignatureScents.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
• We'll confirm your return and send you our return address. Ship the item back at your own expense, and be sure to include your name, order number, and return address inside the package — the order number lets us track and match your return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Tower Diffuser — 12-Month Warranty

Every Tower Diffuser is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If yours stops working properly under normal use, contact us within 12 months with your order number and a description of the issue. If we can't resolve it over email, we'll have you send the unit back to us — include your order number in the package so we can track and match it to your account — we'll repair it, and if it can't be repaired, we'll replace it and ship the replacement back to you, all at no cost to you.
