Fragrance Oils

How do I use the fragrance oils?

Pour directly into your waterless diffuser's reservoir until the oil covers the intake tube — no water needed. Use undiluted; don't mix with water or other oils. Adjust intensity using your diffuser's own settings.

Do the oils work with any diffuser?

Our fragrance oils are formulated for waterless (cold-air) diffusers, including our own Tower Diffuser. They're not designed for water-based ultrasonic diffusers, which dilute the fragrance.

How long does one bottle last?

A 120ml bottle lasts a long time — several months of regular use, and up to 6 months for some customers, depending on your diffuser's intensity setting and room size.

Are the oils safe around pets and kids?

We formulate our oils with care using fragrance-grade ingredients. As with any fragrance product, keep out of reach of children and pets, use in a ventilated space, and discontinue use if anyone in the home is sensitive to fragrance.

Discovery Sets

What's included in a Discovery Set?

Each Discovery Set includes 15ml minis of all 6 fragrances in one collection — Hotel-Inspired, Luxury Perfume, or Sophisticated & Warm — so you can find your favorite before committing to a full 120ml bottle.

Can I buy a Discovery Set mini instead of a full bottle?

Yes — on any fragrance oil's product page, use the Size dropdown to switch from the 120ml bottle to that collection's Discovery Set.

Tower Diffuser

Does the Tower Diffuser need water?

No — it's a waterless, cold-air diffuser. It atomizes fragrance oil directly, so scent stays true and undiluted.

What's included in the box?

The Tower Diffuser unit with onboard controls, a refillable fragrance reservoir with an anti-spill seal, a wireless remote (power, timer, and 6 mist intensity levels), and a power cord.

Is the Tower Diffuser covered by a warranty?

Yes — every Tower Diffuser is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Returns Policy page for details.

Orders & Shipping

Is shipping really free?

Yes — free shipping on every order within the continental United States, no minimum required.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, then arrive in 4–7 business days via standard shipping (2–3 days with expedited shipping, available at checkout).
